Smog Pump Deletion
Tab tad solenoid delete. Manifold vacuum is connected to one port and when the solenoid is energized by the ecu the vacuum signal is connected to the other port which turns on the tab and tad valves in the thermactor system. Very easy to do. There is a separate solenoid right by the tab and tad solenoids that controls the egr. Tab and tab solenoids are really just onoff vacuum switches. You can totally delete the tabtad the code wont effect the ecus functions at all. The tab and tad you could fake out pretty easy but even the old egr system cant be faked because the computer both commands valve movement and watches for feedback to confirm it happened so a dummy resistor wont cut it.
