All accessories show up as not responding. Any help would be appreciated.

Most homekit accessories communicate using either wi fi or bluetooth. Im sitting here right now and its working with this config. Ive tried resetting everything dozens of times from the tstat to homekit. Each time the setup works and the fan is controllable for about 1 5 minutes each time. Sounds like a homekit issue when not using a hub on and phone is on wifi. I bought it because of bad connections in areas of my condo.
