Make sure that homepod is plugged in to power. Check to see if home is toggled on.
Homekit Isn T Worth The Trouble Use A Smarthome Hub Instead
Apple homekit no response. Everything works fine for days at a time the same no response in homekit issue only happens and requires a reboot to correct every few days. Apple tv 4k shows no response in apple home app. Then tap the top of homepod. Restart your apple tv ipad and iphone. Wait a few minutes. What am i missing.
On your apple tv go to settings accounts icloud and make sure that your apple tv shows homekit as connected. Works for about 10 minutes then becomes no response in the homekit app. There would be an occasional no response in the home app or from siri but those were usually temporary. Homekit no response frustrations i have been using homekit fairly successfully for about a year. Make sure youre logged into your icloud account and that home is enabled open settings. 4 and assumed it was connected to problem solved yesterday by the issue of ios 1121 but all my homekit stuff is still showing no response.

I have this very issue my router is an apple time capsule and i am using an apple tv. On your ipad go to settings home and make sure that use this ipad as a home hub is turned on. I added my homepod to the mix yesterday and since then i have been getting more and more no response notifications. The sensors on each side of the door are wired and there arent any batteries in them nor are there any on the wall panel. Can anyone advise how to resolve this problem. If homepod cant connect to your home wi fi network access your apple id or theres.
